There are many activities for you to keep healthy such as jogging, cycling or doing yoga. And the activity which I would like to talk about is jogging.

I go jogging in the morning with my dad, who has never missed his jogging in his life. We often do it in the park near our house.

I go jogging for a lot of reasons. First, it helps me to lose weight. I myself used to be very fat, but now I am fitter due to jogging regularly. Secondly, jogging also improves immune function in your body. When you exercise, the white blood cells and antibodies are responsible for immune function, help the blood circulate better and protect the body from infectious diseases. Last but not least, it is said to improve your psychological well-being. It can help reduce your risk of cognitive impairment and dementia.

In conclusion, jogging is one of the most effective forms of exercise. Practice it for a healthy body!

Có nhiều hoạt động giúp bạn duy trì sức khỏe như chạy bộ, đạp xe hoặc tập yoga. Và hoạt động mà tôi muốn nói đến chính là chạy bộ.
