Everyone knows that if we want to have a long and healthy life, we need to replace bad habits with good activities. No physical activity can guarantee a long life but it definitely ensures a healthy life.

Two years ago, after searching for related information, 1 decided to take up yoga. In order to stay healthy and fit, I do yoga every morning for about an hour. Many people misunderstand that the benefits of yoga are only limited to the physical level. In fact, yoga is the perfect blend of physical training and meditation. Therefore, it not only enhances our physical strength but also improves our mental health. Yoga establishes a balance between our body and soul.

Now, yoga has become an integral part of my life. Due to my regular practice, 1 am able to control my weight as well as relieve stress. Since then, my life has become much better.
